The Serie A Matchday 28 clash between Juventus vs Pisa will take place on 7 March at the Allianz Stadium in Turin. Juventus vs Pisa: prediction, betting odds and statistics.
Juventus
Judging by their current position in the standings, the team risk missing out not only on the Champions League, but on European competition altogether next season. And given that Juventus have already been knocked out of every tournament they took part in, failing to qualify for Europe would be a real disaster for Luciano Spalletti's side. The Turin outfit are also going through a difficult spell: their winless run has now stretched to four matches (two draws, two defeats). In the last round, they drew with Roma despite having trailed during the game (3:3). The situation in the table remains tense. The gap to the Champions League places is closing extremely slowly, while the teams around them continue to pick up points on a regular basis.
- At least two goals have been scored in each of the Turin side's last six league matches.
- In their previous 10 Serie A games, Juventus have claimed four wins (three draws, three defeats).
- The club have scored at least twice in five of their last seven home matches in this competition.
Potential Juventus Lineup (4-3-3)
Mattia Perin – Federico Gatti, Bremer, Lloyd Kelly, Pierre Kalulu – Khephren Thuram, Manuel Locatelli, Teun Koopmeiners – Kenan Yildiz, Weston McKennie, Francisco Conceicao.
Forwards Dusan Vlahovic and Arkadiusz Milik, as well as defender Emil Holm, are out injured.
Pisa
It looks as though Pisa have already more or less come to terms with relegation to the Serie B. Their most recent — and also their only — win came back in Matchday 11, and things have gone badly ever since. In the last match, they had a chance to at least salvage a draw, but conceded late on and lost to Bologna (0:1). In any case, even a positive result in that game would hardly have changed the overall picture in any meaningful way. Things are not clicking for the team, and Pisa are among the league's three worst sides both for goals scored and defensive reliability: just 20 goals for and already 44 conceded after 27 rounds. One win in the entire campaign is clearly not a figure that matches Serie A level.
- In the 2025/26 season, Pisa have conceded at least one goal in 12 of their 13 away games.
- Across their previous 15 Serie A matches, the team have not recorded a single win (five draws, 10 defeats).
- The club have been limited to no more than one goal in each of their last five league games.
Potential Pisa Lineup (3-5-2)*
Nicolas Lomberts – Simone Canestrelli, Antonio Caracciolo, Rosen Bozhinov – Samuel Iling-Junior, Felipe Loyola, Michel Aebischer, Marius Marin, Mehdi Leris – Philip Stojilkovic, Stefano Moreo
Defender Danil Denon, as well as midfielders Isak Vural and Calvin Stengs, will miss out through injury.

Juventus vs Pisa: Match Prediction
If you look at the Turin side's recent games, it may seem as though the team are in decline. However, we should not forget how much energy Juventus poured into the match against Galatasaray, where they effectively managed to wipe out the opponent's advantage. On top of that, the European schedule overlapped with an extremely difficult stretch in the league — arguably the toughest of the season. Champions League ties alternated with games against teams in the top five, and producing consistent results in such conditions is not easy. Even when Juventus lost, as in the match against Inter, the margin was minimal — and in that game the Turin side spent most of the match down to 10 men. The last round against Roma is also telling. Having been two goals down until the 78th minute, the team managed to snatch a draw. It is too early to write Juventus off; they are still a strong side, but the tough fixture list has clearly had an impact on the results.
To be honest, it is difficult to find even one genuine trump card for Pisa ahead of this game. They have plainly failed this season, and the way the results have gone suggests motivation is almost non-existent — especially with a fully focused Juventus awaiting them. The club have also lost four of their last five Serie A matches, taking points only against a fellow struggler at the foot of the standings. But even against Verona they were unable to score. Now that relegation to the Serie B has become almost inevitable, things are even harder psychologically for Oscar Hiljemark's men. Therefore, Juventus should deal with the visitors — and in the current situation, the Turin side need a convincing win.
Prediction: Juventus (-1.5)
